ERIN MINNÉ
Erin is a seasoned advancement and development professional who has inspired philanthropy from a variety of constituents for decades. As a full-time professional development officer for almost 30 years, she has personally secured multi-million-dollar gifts and led high-performing teams.
Over many years of strategic and campaign planning experience, she has harnessed the tremendous potential of creative data management and solutions for fundraising. Having held leadership roles, as well as serving on the front lines, she stands ready to assist advancement and development shops as they strive to make data-driven decisions in order to identify and reach their potential.
She has spoken at a number of conferences and facilitated workshops on a variety of topics, often related to her particular interest in storytelling and on change management. Erin earned her Master’s Degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and her undergraduate degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
